Returns & Refunds

Jabula Hair extensions go through a series of inspections before they are shipped to our customer.  We take pride in selling only 100% Indian Temple virgin Remy hair collected directly from temples in South Indian.

RETURNS

We offer returns on hair extensions that are unopened or not tampered with and are in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 7 working days for a full credit note. No refunds will be given.
The items returned must be in their original condition, which includes all un-tampered packaging.
Do not remove the hair from the backing card as this will invalidate any return. All goods will be inspected on return. We recommend that you return your item by registered post to ensure that it reaches us safely and within 7 working days.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you would like to make a return, you must email us within 2 days after receiving the package at sales@jabula-hair.com

We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation email and number. You can then return the extensions within 7 days after Return Merchandise Authorisation email and number is issued. All Jabula Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

We will then provide you with our return address where the return items will be inspected physically to see if it qualifies for a refund or exchange. Opened merchandise or tampered will not be refunded.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

You are responsible for all shipping costs and it is recommended that you send your return with a tracking number and/or insured as we won’t be responsible for lost returns.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the packaging. We will send you an email and text message updating you on the status of your refund.

MAY I RETURN JABULA HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION EMAIL AND NUMBER?

If you fail to contact us before making a return, you will be charged R200 for inspection as this is the rate our warehouse laboratory charges per hour for projects, your unexpected returns qualifies as a project. If your return does qualify for a refund, we will deduct R200 from your refund. Therefore it is best that you notify us beforehand to avoid the extra charges.

EXCHANGES

We do offer Exchanges on Jabula Hair extensions that are unopened or not tampered with and are in its original packaging.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you would like to make an exchange, you must email us within 2 business days after receiving the package at sales@jabula-hair.com

We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation email and number. You can then return the extensions within 7 days after Return Merchandise Authorisation email and number is issued. All Jabula Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

When approved, your hair extensions may be exchanged for a similar item  Any price difference for the specific items exchanged will be calculated and any difference will need to be paid in full before the hair will be shipped.

WHY ARE JABULA HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-EXCHANGABLE IF OPENED?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned. This is for the safety of all of our clients and is a beauty industry standard.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All the above rules apply for international orders.  We are not responsible for currency conversions, we only refund payments in terms of ZAR amount that you paid while purchasing the product.

Any duties and tax fees that you paid are non-refundable.  Please note the shipping costs we paid to deliver your Jabula Hair Extensions will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any lost returns.
